Destination Denver was looking to create an online experience that was modern and mobile-friendly, but also scale-able in a way that would allow them to expand to other areas of the county. As with their mission statement, their site’s user experience should be similar for each of their locations, making it easy for potential client’s and existing clients alike to find homes that not only meet the physical needs (enough bedrooms and bathrooms), but are located in their dream neighborhood.

SOLUTION

The solution was simple from a conceptual stand-point – create a design that not only explained and helped Destination Denver to market their services, but to provide information and an experience tailored to their locations across the country. Execution of this goal was all about creating a user experience that is consistent, but custom enough to capture the essence of the particular city and neighborhoods that “make” the home choice.
