The Queen of Customer Service

Heather’s official title is Customer Service Manager but we have other titles for her like the “Queen of Customer Service” or “The Glue that Keeps Us Together.” It’s Heather’s job to make sure the customer gets what they need.

Whether it’s letting them know production timelines, providing quotes on materials and services or simply answering client’s questions, Heather makes it happen.

Over 30 Years of Customer Service

Heather has been in customer service all her life and it shows. With over 30 years of customer service experience, she’s worked with owners of restaurants, law firms and top-branded hotels, before coming to work with us.  We honestly believe she’s one of the best.

Personal Life

Heather’s also raised three children, so she understands unreasonable demands and the urgent need for something the minute she closes the bathroom door. A self-described social butterfly, it’s not a surprise that what she loves most about her job is working with people.

Whatever it Takes

“I’m a very client-oriented person and I absolutely love our clients,” Heather said. “I enjoy it when someone’s really pleased about the way things turned out, whether it was a print job that looks amazing, or a new design for their logo and they’re really happy about it or we built their new website and it turned out great.

I really love all the referrals we get because that shows our clients are happy.”

That kind of love for clients is infectious and is why Heather is so great at what she does. She gets true joy from working with clients by helping them out of a jam or hitting a tight deadline.

A True Story About Great Customer Service

Recently, one of our frequent clients had a friend whose brother passed away. The funeral was the following day, and the funeral home had made an error in the program and they weren’t going to be able to fix it in time.

“She called me in a panic and asked me if there was anything we could do.” Heather said. “Not only did we correct the design with the right pictures and details, but we printed the new program, folded it and got everything over to her, all in one day. It’s things like that that make you feel like you’ve done something good.”

The Right Service at the Right Time

Besides supporting our clients, Heather works with all of us here in the office juggling all the various services we provide to our customers to be sure they get what they want and need. She compares it to putting all the puzzle pieces together so our team members are providing the right pieces at the right time for the client.

Family, Traveling, Cars and Dogs

When she’s not wrangling clients, or keeping us in line, Heather likes to spend time with her family. Now that her children are grown, she loves to pack a bag and hit the road.  Whether it’s exploring Colorado, hitting up a nearby state or visiting castles in Germany, Heather will be there.

She also likes working on her cars and playing with her dogs, and is happily battling a chocolate addiction. The next time you talk to her, please ask her for some good travel recommendations.

We’re lucky to have Heather as a part of our team. Anyone can, and should, provide the standard customer service options. But only we have a Heather.
